This community bulletin board and web site is for the residents, friends and guest of the Ko'olani condominium community.
eKoolani.com web site is wholly owned and operated by Ko’olani Resident and home owner James “Kimo” Pierce.
Kimo, built, funds and maintains this web site on his own accord; Kimo receives no outside funding or moneys from the Ko’olani AOAO or Certified management, all opinions expressed or implied are solely the opinions of himself. All facts and information shared herein is gathered by Kimo’s hallway talks with residents of the Ko’olani.
Hopefully you find this website to be a benefit to yourself and others, if there is something you would like added to the site email your request to kimop1999@gmail.com he will be happy to include and or build the information.
Unfortunately our current Ko’olani Board of Directors doses not support this website, they have never made any attempt to contact, work with or send current event information to Kimo to be posted and shared, but have taken the opposite approach and seem to see it as a threat to them.
On or about March 16, 2011 Kimo will be closing portions of this site until further notice, Kimo feels that some portions may be a conflict of interest when he is elected as our new Board of Director.
Unlike or current Board, be assured that as a Ko’olani Director all residents will be personally contacted and responded to in a timely mater, all question will be answered or forwarded to the rightful authority, current Ko’olani processes, committees, spending and rules will be reviewed and reported on to the owners.
In closing all board communication, suggestions and recommendation will be run by the owner for their opinions before they are brought to the floor for vote.

Elected or not, I will continue to communicate with each and every owner, we need to turn the Ko’olani around, increase our rental values, fix our maintenance fees, open the spa and the list go on.
